We actually got introduced to Ellie as she booked her Wedding with Alice at the Tyneside Cinema in 2018 (where she used to work in Events) just before Alice was leaving to go full time Bennett Media. After mentioning that’s why she was leaving, Ellie had a look at our work and the rest is history!
To say we were excited for this wedding was an understatement. With Tyneside Cinema being one of our favourite places to go, we’d always wanted to be on the other side and capture the original weddings here in the beautiful Art Deco historic building.
We were also spoiled with locations within Newcastle City Centre with getting ready preparations and the reception being held at The Vermont. Sporting rooftop city views under sunny skies, stunning sunset walks along the famous bridges and partying into the night.
Such a pleasure to be part of this stunning, city wedding for Ellie & Michael at Tyneside Cinema & The Vermont Hotel, Newcastle.

"Two souls that were so clearly meant to be."
Starting out at a beautiful Castle we first met the “Two Laura’s” or Tall Lora & Small Laura (as their friends affectionately call them). Small Laura was chilled, writing out speeches and practicing the steps to their immense choreographed first dance they would be performing later.
While Tall Lora was in another room getting ready listening to all the best Disney songs and we both instantly fell in love with them and knew this was going to be an epic wedding.
Though the day started with down pours making it a quick dash inside into the ceremony, we were graced by one of the most beautiful and personal ceremonies we’ve ever seen conducted by the lovely CP Ceremonies . We actually still tear up when we relive it! Their vows were hanging in those beautiful paper cranes all along (sob).
After the ceremony, the sun came out for the rest of the day where guests could compete in Laser Clay Shooting (YES!!), dance to the beautiful music outside and bask in the suns rays.
With both girls living in Australia, there was tasteful nods to their life over there throughout the rustic Eden Barn and they celebrated with lots of lovely speeches, a vegan feast and lots of cake before diving into their dance mashups of all great dances.
Such an honour to be part of this gorgeous couples day at Eden Wedding Barn. Full of laughter, tears, and and that epic first dance!

It was a pleasure to travel to Scotland to capture Lindsay & Ally's beautiful wedding set in the breathtaking surroundings of Mar Hall Golf & Spa Resort ❤️
Wow this day was a dreamy as it looks! Despite it raining all morning, we got the perfect timing bursts of dry skies to take in the beautiful surroundings of Newton Hall and the beach near the venue and even found the sun as the evening approached!
Sophie & Michael were the most relaxed in love couple, which made every shot we had of them a picture of loveliness! With so many stunning details through the day, such as coconut reception drinks, confetti canons (we love those), stunning flowers, casino table, photo booth and more importantly beautiful readings, poems and speeches by loved ones.
You’ll fall in love with these two just like we did after watching this one!

This was a bit of a special wedding as the Groom Phil was Michael's brother, making Michael also the best man on the day, so filming this wedding was going to be a bit different than usual.
With Michael tartened up in a kilt and Alice in high heels as wedding guests, filming this beautiful scottish wedding in St.Andrews was a challenge, although is there no lovelier thing that to get to film all the people you love on such a happy day? The church ceremony was in beautiful little church in Crail, where the Bride Nicole had a holiday home and so it held great sentimental value. All of the family and friends stayed up in Crail and partied on in a beautiful festoon lit barn with shabby chic aspects glittered around to add a bit of DIY creativity to the already gorgeous venue. With ice-cream vans, mini golf course (made by the grooms father) and Irn Bru favors, the wedding was filled with lots of little details to reflect the couple. Ending with a great wedding band, lots of Cèilidh's and other unknown dance moves, the day was truely one to remember.
This was possibly the most perfect wedding venue we've seen with a beautiful old priory church encased by a tranquil woods and river. With a few steps from the church a tipi reception sat perfectly by the river with twinkly fairy lights, amazing hanging wild flowers and a cozy fire amongst the beautiful details Laura planned so perfectly. The day was filled with stunning food, northern soul dance class, colourful smoke bomb walks and of course more dancing.

Sarah & David's city centre wedding at one of our favourite venue s As You Like It was surrounded by lots of twinkly fairy lights, happy tears, confetti canons, sparklers and a sex and the city reading along with French prince bridesmaid rapping. Throughout all this the love between Sarah & David stood out the most, ending in an amazing array of top class wedding dancing.
Natalie & Michael's beautiful wedding was set in the tranquil Lake District surrounded by snow topped mountains and sun rippled lakes. With a picturesque outside wedding by the water, the day continued on with perfect views, laughter and plenty of saxophone dancing.
Jess & Stephens wedding was filled with so much fun and quirkyness from the beginning. With their boho style they both oozed cool from their personalities, wedding attire to decor of wild flowers that took over the shabby chic and vintage As You Like It ending with possibly the best craziest first dance we've seen!
